We are looking for a Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team on a permanent, seasonal full time basis, working 36 hours per week from February until the end of October and then zero hours from November to January. This role can be annualised so that you are paid consistently for 27 hours per week all year round and then any extra hours in the winter will be paid on top of that. Your working hours would change but you would receive consistent pay throughout the year.

As our Food & Beverage Supervisor you will work closely with the Food & Beverage Manager and support the team.

You will do this by supporting the day-to-day delivery of targets and the management of expenditure budgets, including timely submission of seasonal timesheets and stock reports.
Support compliance with health and safety, including food safety, allergen labelling and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) legislation.

Ensure the preparation of the food and beverage offer is to the highest standards of quality and presentation.

To be considered as a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will need experience of:
Working in a customer facing role in a visitor attraction of food and beverage environment.
Supervising a team to deliver consistently high standards.
Generating profit by meeting revenue targets and controlling costs.
Working to HACCP, Food Safety, allergen and labelling legislation.
