Telephone Control Room Vehicle Recovery

J&K is a family run business looking for friendly, hard working and professional individuals to join our team. We are a vehicle breakdown and recovery company based in Toddington Bedfordshire, we are seeking a full time telephone operator / controller / administrator with customer service experience. The role is to answer calls from police, Highways and other breakdown clubs and members of the public. You would allocate jobs to our recovery drivers. For this role the individual will need to be caring and compassionate and to understand the customers needs. Full training will be provided. Your hours would be 48 hours a week working a 12 hour shift of 4 days on 4 days off system. The hours of work will be 6am-6pm.

This job role requires, but is not limited to, the following essential criteria:

- Providing our members with the highest level of customer service and professionalism.
- Good attendance and a caring attitude is essential.
- Work well under pressure and as part of a team.
- Confident and competent using IT systems and telephone systems.
- Maintaining high call quality that meets the required standard for this role. Calls are monitored.
