- Proven experience as a Fitter or similar role
- Proficient in reading blueprints, drawings, and schematics
- Strong knowledge of hand tools and power tools
- Skilled in carpentry techniques and building processes
- Ability to accurately measure, cut, and shape materials
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
