**Responsibilities**
- Sales Presenter production & management
- Support / coordination in bringing sale materials for product launches together
- Completion of promotional documents to deadlines
- Manage Promotional Calendar
- Generating sales report and updating sheets ready for group reporting
- Chasing meeting actions ( internal & external )
- Monitoring and distributing internally updated forecasts for supply chain
- Organising customer samples
- Attend customer meetings and support sales manager in meeting prep and actions
- Attend ,monthly sales meetings and create full meeting notes
- Build relationships with key accounts in order to maximise sales
- Competitor /market analysis via web reviews
- General admin support
- Attend trade fairs as requested
- Occasional UK travel

**Requirements and Skills**
- Experience in a similar role
- A good level of excel knowledge
- Exceptional powerpoint
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
- Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
- Full UK driving licence

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
