**Join Our Team as a Junior Graphic Designer in Wellingborough**
Are you a creative individual with a passion for design? We're seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to join our industry-leading team at our growing headquarters in Wellingborough. As a Junior Graphic Designer, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our marketing and branding efforts across four dynamic brands in the BVP Group.

**What You'll Do as a Junior Graphic Designer**:
- Create visually compelling graphics for marketing campaigns, social media posts, and company collateral.
- Develop layouts and design concepts for websites, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to bring concepts to life through engaging visuals.
- Produce eye-catching content for print materials such as brochures, flyers, and banners.
- Assist with the design and layout of company newsletters and magazines.
- Support the marketing team in creating multimedia presentations and digital assets.
- Maintain brand consistency across all design projects and marketing materials.
- **Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite**:Experience with design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign is essential.
- **Knowledge of Canva**: Familiarity with Canva or similar online design tools is preferred.
- **Understanding of WordPress**: Basic knowledge of WordPress CMS for updating and maintaining website content.
- **Creativity**:A creative mindset and the ability to generate innovative design concepts.
- **Attention to Detail**:Accuracy and attention to detail when creating and proofreading designs.
- **Communication Skills**:Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
- **Organizational Skills**:The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- **Team Player**:A collaborative attitude and willingness to work closely with team members across departments.
