**Details of the role and team**

You’ll be part of Market Valuation and Risk Management (MVRM) Technology area inside Risk, Finance, and Treasury. MVRM systems enables the bank’s Risk functions and trading businesses to calculate, generate, analyse, and report on Deutsche Bank’s major risk and capital metrics to our regulators.

Our strategic platform - RiskFinder - is a complete solution for Risk and Capital Metric Management, consisting of a scalable full-revaluation calculation engine with 50k cores, a multi petabyte-scale Big Data analytics platform, and low-latency in-memory distributed grid reporting technologies.

You will be part of an agile delivery train managing deliveries for multiple feature teams delivering a common platform, connected with expert users, working within a fast-paced, global and transparent culture driving migration of our platform to Google Cloud using Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).

**Your key responsibilities**
- Scrum Master one or more cross functional Agile Scrum feature teams to deliver solutions for MVRM business partners
- Facilitating Agile ceremonies and fostering long-term operational excellence and Continuous Improvement culture
- Promoting an engineering culture and improving the flow of value realisation via a Continuous Delivery Pipeline
- Coaching the team on soft topics to improve team dynamics and collaboration, while also using data to quantify team agility, performance, and quality

**Your skills and experience**
- Educated to BSc (Computer Science or equivalent) or equivalent qualification/work experience
- Agile Certification with strong knowledge of Agile practical implementation
- Strong experience as a Scrum Master for one or more teams with sound understanding of DevOps practices and good quality software engineering
- Experience managing delivery across multiple teams, in multiple locations, with complex dependencies and measuring team output through metrics
- Exposure to programming languages (any Object-oriented programming) language, SQL, Full Stack Development, and Big Data environments) and knowledge of architecture patterns and building large complex distributed mission critical systems
