A fantastic Primary School situated in Central Weston-Super-Mare are currently seeking an energetic Teaching Assistant to join their diverse, strong community and friendly team of staff.

**The Role**

This role is a position to start ASAP. The Head Teacher is looking for a positive, flexible and creative team player who can work closely with the Class Teacher to resource and adapt planning to support high quality teaching. You will need to bring a confident, calm and consistent manner to the environment to support group work and 1:1 interventions.

You will be expected to:

- Hold high expectations for children's development.
- Have great experience of positive behaviour management.
- Communicate clearly with the Class Teacher when assessing children’s development
- Create a positive learning environment.
- Work collaboratively to support interventions.

**Working with Long-term Teachers**:
We are an independent agency working with Nurseries, Primary, Secondary and Special Schools.
