How can you grow with Nufarm?

As our Customer Service Team Leader, you will deliver a high level of customer service in a demanding environment by managing a team of customer service supply chain professionals.

Based at our site in Wyke, West Yorkshire, you will be responsible for ensuring customer order dates are maintained and orders are delivered in time/in line with the promised timelines.

As our Customer Service expert, you will look at the revision and maintenance of customer services processes and procedures and build relationships with supply planning and logistics to make sure the order management process is smooth

Other responsibilities include the improvement of OTIF KPI (on time in full) 85%,

**participation in projects**: OTIF improvement, Costs optimisation, order management process improvement; replenishment process support: control of orders consolidation and being our support for external and internal customers providing with the best service

What do you bring?

Our Customer Service Team Leader will have excellent organization skills and have proven leadership teams with an ability to motivate a team of customer service supply chain professionals. You will have excellent communication skills and able to meet deadlines. You will have project management experience and preferably experience working in SAP or Oracle. As a team leader you will have excellent managerial and presentation skills.
