**Calling all QS/ Estimators**

We are partnering with a thriving construction/fabrication business, and are currently on the lookout for not one, but two exceptional talents to join a dynamic team. One on the building side and one on the steel fabrication side. If you have an eagle eye for details and precision, and a knack for navigating the complexities of cost estimation, we want you on board. You’ll shape the skyline with meticulous calculations and bring innovation to every project.

**The company**:
You will join a well-established company that have earned a reputation as one of Northern Ireland’s leading construction companies. They have a wealth of experience and are renowned for their positive and reliable approach. You will be joining the company at an ambitious time of growth, with positive plans to expand into GB. The company currently has a turnover of £20M with aspirations to double the turnover in the future with your help.

**The role**:
You’ll have responsibility for the control and management of the estimating and financial aspects of company projects, ensuring efficiency and cost control. You will also be responsible for the preparation and submission of tender documents and contractual agreements, project cost management, and general duties within the estimating department.

**You’ll**:

- Want to work within an ambitious and growing company and want to progress in your career.
- Hold a degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent experience
- Hold a minimum of 3 years post degree experience in project cost management in the construction industry
- Thorough with an eye for detail
- Hold a current driving license valid for use in the UK, with access to transport on appointment and be willing to travel
