The Scientific Computing Department (SCD) provides large-scale computing facilities, computing data services and infrastructure bringing together numerical analysis, software engineering, AI, and scientific computing. The expertise SCD provides underpinsalmost every key calculation across our organisation and beyond.

Essential:

- Expertise with scientific programming languages (e.g. Fortran, C, C++ or Python)
- Knowledge of parallel computing and programming methodologies (e.g. MPI, OpenMP)
- Knowledge of numerical algorithms
- Cover Letter outlining skills and expertise relevant to position
