Role Overview:
Universal Gas Solutions is seeking a dynamic Operations Supervisor to lead our team of engineers with vigor and vision. Your mission will be multifaceted: providing technical expertise, fostering professional growth, and guaranteeing the highest standards of service. You will be the cornerstone in managing project specifications, site preparations, and crafting precise quotes. Your influence will extend from overseeing recruitment to navigating complex HR scenarios, always with a firm grasp of company and client procedures.

Your Impact:
As an Operations Supervisor, your key duties include:

- Spearheading the recruitment, training, and management of engineers, ensuring alignment with HR guidelines and addressing any workplace conflicts.
- Championing the fulfillment of contractual obligations and specific client demands, offering unwavering support and technical guidance to engineers, including emergency call-out duties.
- Disseminating company policies and client expectations, utilizing daily interactions and structured monthly briefings.
- Upholding the company’s professional image during client meetings, tenant engagements, and while resolving complaints.
- Diligently documenting all pertinent interactions, site activities, and client discussions.
- Adhering to and promoting strict adherence to health and safety regulations, including risk assessment and fire safety practices.
- Collaborating with the Operations Director to identify and meet the training and technical needs of current and future engineering talent.
- Conducting thorough post-installation quality checks, generating detailed reports, and pinpointing areas for further training and technical enhancement.
- Troubleshooting unresolved issues on-site, providing decisive action plans, and pinpointing additional training needs.
- Driving continuous service improvement to fulfill and exceed client and customer expectations.
- Undertaking additional responsibilities and training as needed to align with the job’s scope.

Join Us:
**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: £40,000.00-£45,000.00 per year

- Supervising: 4 years (required)
- Gas Industry: 5 years (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 50% (required)
