Dispatch Operatives

**Position: Dispatch Operative**

The Dispatch Operative is responsible for the coordination of the delivery of service to our customers. The position will work closely with the team to ensure that orders are fulfilled and customer satisfaction is maintained. The working hours are on a rotating shift pattern.

**Week 1.**

Monday to Thursday 6:00am till 2:30pm and 6:00am till 1:30pm on Friday.

**Week 2.**

Monday to Thursday 11:15am till 8:00pm and 11:15am till 5:45pm on Friday.

**Rate of Pay and Overtime Rates**

The rate of pay for this role on alternate shifts is:
- £23,004.80 per annum basic > equivalent to **£ 11.20 **per hour

After completion of probationary period (13 weeks) increase to **£11.48** per hour (£23,579.92pa)

Monday to Saturday the overtime rate is time and a half and Sundays are paid at double time. Overtime is only paid after completing your standard 39.5-hour shift per week. All Salaries are paid monthly.

**Core Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Picking/Packing products via controlled equipment and headset.
- Working in the loading bay and dealing with our distribution carriers on a rota system.
- The role involves regularly lifting products and hand-wrapping pallets.
- Use of FLT Reach or Pivot

**Experience & Education**:

- FLT Pivot or FLT Reach licence
- 2 Years FLT experience
