Gateline Station Assistant

Pay rate: £10.90 per hour with an increase after 12 weeks.

Shifts: Various - This role will be occasional shifts when requested by the client. The role is best suited for someone who is retired, looking for a second job or students as this will be a 0 hour contract.

We usually have around 3 shifts per week AM and PM, we would offer shift to you and you would let us know if you can work.

Role: We have Gateline and customer service roles available in Weston Super Mare

As the first or last point of contact on a customer's journey, you'll be assisting the customers in the station with queries and offering assistance as when required at WSM station. Helping the public to ensure they understand where to go during their journey, help them in and around the station and providing excellent customer care

You will be involved in....
- Manning the station gatelines
- Supporting customers needing assistance
- Ensuring the safety of the station environment
- Providing a friendly and personable service
