The Europa Hotel is a 246-bedroom hotel with the Rafters Lounge Bar, which leads out onto the courtyard, it is also a cosy place to drink in traditional surroundings & we also offer the Mediterranean Restaurant. **As our Night Receptionist, you will**:

- Check guests in and out.
- Run the Nights Audit.
- Answering the telephone and address any enquiries.
- Look after any guest requests.
- Follow hotel fire regulations and procedures.
- Follow all Nights procedures and any other duties as and when required.
- Complete nights cleaning checklist.
