We are currently looking for a stores/ workshop administrator for our support team based in Gloucester. You will be managing and maintaining the stock for a busy truck and trailer workshop.

As an administrator you will be responsible for maintaining an efficient and accurate stores for our trading partner. This involves invoicing, picking orders, checking off and putting away stock orders.

Working closely with the service mechanics on the shop floor, liaising with the branch manager in the depot, third parties, and the admin teams throughout our company, you will be centre to the success of this business unit.

**Essential requirements**:

- Able to work as part of a team
- Able to work with a high degree of accuracy
- To be IT literate, including Excel
- Organised and methodical.
- Happy to work in a workshop environment
- Committed to delivering excellent customer service

**Desirable requirements**:

- Previous experience working in a warehouse or distribution centre or as a service administrator.
- Use of Oracle/ NetSuite is advantageous but not essential
- Committed to learn and progress
- Driving licence is advantageous but not essential
