**Length**:4-6 weeks

**Hours**:37.5, 9-5 Monday to Friday

**Pay**: £15-16 per hour via umbrella

Our housing client based in Bristol is looking for a Supported Housing Officer to come on board and provide generic housing to clients’ in a supported living setting.

**Duties to include:
- Manage a number of supported living properties across central Bristol and provide support to service users with a range of needs
- Conducting property visits as well and new tenancy sign ups
- Using tenancy knowledge to manage various tenancy breaches and issues
- Explaining tenancy conditions to those in breach of their tenancies and liaising with them to remedy this
- Managing mutual exchanges
- Conducting regular one to ones with service users
- Referring and signposting tenants to further support when required including mental health, substance misuse and domestic violence support
- Keeping good records of all work conducted in line with GDPR

**Essential Skills:
- Driver with access to own vehicle
- DBS on update service or within the last 12 months
- Experience in a similar housing management capacity
- Experience in a supported housing capacity
