**Who we are looking for**:
We are looking for someone with excellent presentation skills and the ability convey technical information in a simplified manner to our key partners and team members. Experience of building and maintaining solid relationships, cares about the service they provide and who has a curious "what will that button do" approach. You will have excellent attention to detail and be a confident communicator.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responding to requests for assistance when guidance and support is required from both SJP Employees and Partners
- Conduct technology-related consultation meetings with Partners and their support staff, around the technology recommended and provided by SJP
- Make detailed recommendations for supported technology solutions
- Design and deliver technology training sessions, when required, and facilitate peer group learning forums
- Create materials and presentations to support the effective use of technology
- Support end users in more complex 'how to' queries for Salesforce, iPads and business processing or other selected systems
- Deliver SJP technology updates and developments to our Partner Practices and Field Management Teams
- Report activity data regularly via departmental reporting mechanisms
- Participate in change management forums as the Partner-facing department within the Technology Services division

**Special Requirements**:
Whilst we don't expect any formal qualifications to be successful, demonstrable knowledge and/or experience in the some of the following areas will be required.
- Salesforce CRM and Business Processing Systems (however other CRM platforms will be considered)
- Technology Consulting
- IT Training and Delivery
- An understanding of financial services industry is also desirable
