Brewer

We have an exciting opportunity for a Brewer to join our dynamic team and contribute to the art of crafting exceptional brews.

At Brewing Brothers, we take pride in producing high-quality beers that delight our customers' taste buds. We are seeking a Brewer who is not only enthusiastic about beer but also possesses the skills and drive to assist our head brewer in creating unique and flavorful concoctions. With a focus on quality, creativity, and efficiency, you will play a pivotal role in our brewing process.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the head brewer to develop and refine recipes, experimenting with different ingredients and techniques to create exciting and innovative brews.
- Day-to-day brewing operations, including brewing, Cellar checks and reporting on all fermenting and conditioning beer, dry hopping, Force carbonating, Ensuring beer is on specification on time for packaging, Packaging beer into can and keg, Thorough record keeping, Cleaning and maintenance of tanks and vessels.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the brewing process to ensure product quality and safety.
- Contribute to quality control
- Assist with inventory management, ensuring an adequate supply of ingredients and packaging materials.
- Follow a production schedule to meet brewing deadlines and coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth workflow.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in brewing or a related field is required.
- A genuine enthusiasm for beer and a willingness to learn and grow in the craft brewing industry.
- Demonstrated creativity in developing new recipes and flavors.
- Strong organizational skills to maintain inventory, follow schedules, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues.
- Knowledge of brewing equipment and familiarity with BREWW software is a plus.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is a plus.
