**Job Description**:
A brand new and exciting Chief of People position for an international organisation that is successfully expanding its business in the UK.
Morgan Mckinley is working with this international business in the search for a Chief of People to join the executive team and lead the HR team in the UK.
Main duties include:

- Ensuring operational efficiency
- Encouraging continued employee engagement
- Strategic people planning around bold growth plans
- Lead and deliver HR best practices for all leaders
- Lead and cultivate positive cultural changes
- Change and organisational development and so much more

If you have proven HR Director or Chief People Officer experience (ideally in logistics or supply chain) and are ready for the challenge of a growing business and live or could comfortably commute on a hybrid working pattern to the Reading area then give mea call on the numbers below. Salary ranges from £120 -£140,000 plus bonus.
