We have a unique opportunity for an exceptional Dealer Principal / Head of Business to join Renault Retail Group to manage our flagship Manchester dealership. The Manchester dealership also hosts the prestigious Alpine showroom.

This a rare opportunity to join a manufacturer owned Group in a dealership management role.

**Duties and Responsibilities include**:

- Managing all aspects of the dealership ensuring full compliance to Group Standards, Policies and Procedures
- Activating all operational levers to achieve manufacturers targets on sales whilst optimizing commercial efficiency and profitability of the dealership
- Controlling cash flow, stocks and assets at a level commensurate with profit requirements and satisfactory return on investment
- Monitoring monthly local action plans, with a tight follow-up of the 5 key priorities, focusing on lowest performers in each activity
- Developing team skills leveraging coaching and support when required, fostering a continuously positive attitude, the respect of customers and their career development
- Responsible for Health, Safety and Environmental for all dealership employees, visitors and contractors
- Current experience in a Dealer Principal / Head of Business role at a main volume dealer
- A proven track record of successfully delivering high volume new and used car sales
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills
- Strong leadership, influencing and communication skills
- Dedicated to providing customers with outstanding service
- Computer literate and able to use web based platforms
- A full clean UK Driving License
