Case Handler

Based in Warrington, with good links to the M56 and M62 and close to both Warrington Bank Quay and Warrington Central train stations, Connexus Medical Appointments are dedicated to delivering industry-leading medical reporting services to our clients within the legal and insurance sectors

As part of the operations team, you would be responsible for successfully managing new instructions from solicitors dealing with personal injury claims. You will book appointments with our panel of experts, request medical records when required and provide regular updates to the solicitors on the progress of the case, right through to receiving the medical report.

**Duties**:

- Input new instructions
- Arrange appointments
- Process medical reports
- Manage medical records and payments
- Manage customer enquiries
- Raise invoices for services
- Process payments received and log these against the case

**Skills Required**:

- Clear confident telephone manner
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated
- Show good emotional control and behaviour under pressure
- Remains positive and enthusiastic when dealing with difficult people
- Takes a proactive approach to solving people and customer problems
- Knowledge of Proclaim is an advantage

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 37.5 per week

**Salary**: From £22,000.00 per year
