We are currently seeking a skilled Multi-Track Personal Injury (PI) Fee Earner to become an integral part of this dynamic team. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage a diverse caseload of multi-track personal injury claims, including RTA, workplace accidents, and public liability cases, ensuring the highest level of service is delivered to our clients.
- Conduct thorough case assessments to determine legal strategies, while ensuring all actions comply with professional standards and regulatory requirements.
- Liaise effectively with clients, offering empathetic and clear advice throughout the legal process.
- Negotiate settlements and represent clients in court proceedings when necessary, aiming for the best possible outcomes.
- Work collaboratively with a team of legal professionals, contributing to the development of best practices and maintaining the firm’s reputation for excellence.

**Requirements**:

- A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with significant experience in handling multi-track personal injury cases.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a comprehensive caseload independently with mínimal supervision.
- Strong negotiation skills and the capacity to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client care.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and adherence to legal standards.
