**Senior NPD Technologist**

Mon - Fri 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

**What will you be doing?**

Some of the main duties will include:

- Careful and timely preparation of customer samples
- Recording yields
- Complete traceability documentation
- Manage waste and re-work
- Arrange couriers and box up samples to external customers
- Assist and report into the Senior Development Technologist
- Work closely with a cross-functional team including marketing, commercial and production
- Assist with customer benchmarking requirements
- Takes responsibility for running shelf-life review, new raw material and sample making meetings
- Deputise for the NPD manager when they are unavailable

**Who do we need from you?**
- Relevant Degree in food science or similar with proven industry experience in a similar role
- Health & Safety at Work
- Food Safety Certificate
- Basic HACCP
