Senior Cardiac Physiologist

**University Hospital Monklands is looking for an experienced Senior Cardiac Physiologist to join the team.**

**Will be expected to cover other Cardiology Departments across NHSL when required and be able to work weekend and unsocial hours on a rotational basis.**

**KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED TO DO THE JOB**

BSc. in Clinical Physiology or equivalent for example HNC in Physiological Measurement and additional theoretical knowledge gained EITHER through professional examinations e.g. - associate membership of the Society for Cardiological Science OR in-service experience

A minimum of three years post-qualification experience.

Expected to be undertaking various professional accreditations at an advanced level of study to post-graduate level.

Evidence of continuing professional development

Advanced/intermediate life support accreditation to the Resuscitation council.

IT skills

Good communication skills.
