We have a new role available for a competent Secretary who has previously worked in and around Property, or in a Conveyancing team, to join a Property division of a local Law firm to specifically support one of the Senior team.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Prepare legal documents for property transactions, including contracts, deeds, and mortgages
- Conduct title searches and ensure the property's ownership is clear
- Coordinate with lenders, estate agents, and other parties involved in the transaction
- Review legal documents to identify any potential issues or discrepancies
- Ensure all necessary documentation is properly filed and recorded
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the conveyancing process

**Experience and skills we are looking for include**:

- Proven experience in a similar role or environment
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

**This is a full time role, 9am - 5pm Mon-Fri, our client offers a competitive salary as well as a quarterly bonus, great opportunities to progress with responsibility and 24 days annual leave + BH. Contact Sam today to discuss being considered for this great new vacancy.**
