Following extensive and consistent success with three thriving restaurants based across the Middle East, led by the flagship CLAP Dubai, and a reputation renowned by the Michelin Guide. We are looking for an enthusiastic and hard working Head server to join our opening team

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the dining experience and ensure guest satisfaction
- Train and supervise servers, assigning tasks and providing guidance
- Assist with food preparation and ensure proper presentation
- Upsell menu items and promote specials to increase revenue
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards

Qualifications:

- Previous experience working in a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation
- Excellent upselling skills to maximize sales opportunities
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating bills
- Exceptional time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong customer service skills to provide excellent guest experiences
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Leadership abilities to train, motivate, and supervise a team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: £15.00-£16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
