We are looking for someone who is fit and capable. Good working knowledge of a trade is a must and carpentry is preferred.

Must be equally at home working as part of a team or by themselves and be happy to work all aspects of the site with no two days ever the same

This could include some basic labouring.

Prepping & clearing construction areas

Delivering & distributing supplies (expect some heavy lifting)

Assisting trades

General building duties

Current driving licence and some relevant building site experience a must.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £11.50-£12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Licence/Certification:

- CSCS (preferred)
- Driving Licence (required)

Work Location: In person
