Plant Nursery

We are Exubia. The chosen biophilia partner of some of the world’s most respected architectural design and construction companies. We design, create, and maintain unique biophilia enhancements for clients in high-end office and hospitality spaces. Established for over 40 years, we care for planting in some of the most exciting offices in the UK.

Due to company growth, we are recruiting for an experienced nursery and warehouse operative to join our team. If you are genuinely interested in horticulture, organised, efficient, physically fit and able, then this could be the perfect job for you.

Normal hours are Monday to Friday 0700-1600, inclusive of 30 minutes lunch break.

Based at our HQ in Long Wittenham (near Didcot), South Oxfordshire.

**Previous experience in this or a similar role is essential. **Additional**j**ob specific training will be given.

**Responsibilities**
- Checking of Goods In, labelling and moving to stock locations
- Picking, packing and dispatch of goods
- Warehouse, glasshouse, and yard organisation, tidiness/cleanliness, and maintenance
- Stock rotation
- Making up live plant displays for new installations
- Making up faux and decorative displays for new installations
- Interior and exterior nursery stock care

**Must Have Attributes, Skills and Qualifications**
- Good attitude and work ethic - we are looking for personable, positive, reliable, and hard-working staff. Self-motivated when working alone - or collaborative and enthusiastic when working as part of a team
- Minimum of a foundational knowledge of plant care and horticulture
- Energetic and physically fit - it is a ‘hands on’ and active role, and will require lifting/moving of plant displays and other items
- Forklift license
- Possession of a valid UK driving license essential
- Innovative and solutions minded when faced with practical challenges

**Salary : starting from £24,000 DOE (depends on experience)**

Holiday : 32 days including bank holidays

Additional Benefits : Overtime, Bonus scheme, Pension scheme.
