As a Complaints Case Handler your duties will include but are not limited to:

- Case management of complex complaints, being one point of contact for customers from start to finish of the process
- Providing an excellent level of customer service throughout, ensuring a resolution is found
- Using knowledge of regulations to monitor fraud
- GDPR related activities
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in a Customer Service environment, ideally in the Financial Services
- The ability to work as a team
- This will suit someone looking for a positive and welcoming work culture
- Ideally, you will have experience working with structured and complex complaints processes
