You must care about the welfare of children and relish the opportunity to engage within activities that will enhance every guest experience

**Main Duties - ** You’ll never be bored Your varied role will include:

- Front of House duties:(bookings, payments and guest liaisons)
- Working in the café: (taking food orders, delivering food, maintaining a safe and clean environment
- Leading attraction, activities and Party hosting
- Attending to individual children’s needs as they arise, delivering the highest levels of customer service / guest experience.
- Ensuring that visitors of all ages are always safe and secure. Keep an active eye out for lost children
- Ensuring that equipment and facilities available are kept clean and in accordance with health and safety regulations; and are used in a way that promotes the Dinotropolis values.
- ‘Own’ the visitor satisfaction score(s) with colleagues and respond to customer feedback positively to continually improve the guest experience.
- Participating in team meetings where appropriate, adding your views to improving the guest experience
- Supporting colleagues by completing any other duties within the scope of the post.

**Personal Specification**

**Knowledge and Experience**:
Desirable:

- NVQ qualification in childcare/Playwork or appropriate experience.
- People management and customer service skills Essential:

- Enthusiastic desire to perform well
- Determination to succeed
- Honest and straight-forward
- Solution-orientated, not stumped by a problem or challenge
- A great attitude to learning and engaging with all guests
- Outgoing, friendly and enthusiastic.
- Excellent organisational skills required with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Confident and authoritative with the ability to support children, parents/carers and staff.
- Ability to work as part of a team, sharing best practice with colleagues.
- Flexible in your approach to shift work, including early starts, late finishes and regular weekend work, including bank holidays - but of course we share the workload "

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contract

Pay: Up to £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 40 per week
