**Salary**:£35,737 to £43,113 per annum depending on experience
**Hours**: Full

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic **Speech and Language Therapist **to work as part of a therapy team for an innovative provider of specialist education and care, working in the 3 North West Schools based in Lancashire.

**The role**:
Working collaboratively with the sites, you will deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans for our children and young people with developmental trauma, Autism, ADHD, and SEMH needs.

You will be responsible for holding a small speech and language therapy caseload for the three special schools and with the support of our experienced Clinical Lead, you will also contribute to staff training, consultation and reflective practice. Both a challenging and rewarding role, this position would suit a resilient and enthusiastic individual, with a therapeutic approach and the ability to make decisions, as well as manage their own workload.

**Experience /Qualifications**:

- You will be a registered member of RCSLT and HCPC
- Hold a professional Speech and Language Therapy degree or equivalent.
- As this role involves travel, a full UK driving licence and access to a car is required.
