The Best Connection are currently recruiting **Mail Sorter** to work for one of our clients based at East Midlands Airport, Castle Donington. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a global leader in logistics, distribution and supply chain management, with full Aviation Training provided.
- Pay: from £10.42ph to £15.54 depending on experience for Basic
- Overtime available at a higher rate up to £16.44
- 40 hours a week Monday to Sunday
- Duration: Temporary ongoing
- Hours: Different shifts available through out the week (flexibility on the shifts is a must)
- Location: East Midlands Airport, Castle Donington
- Accessible via the Skylink Bus Route
- Free Parking Provided

**Requirements of a Mail Sorter**
- Have a 5 year checkable work history (Obtained for you by us)
- Be willing to attend an Aviation Cargo Operative Course (Paid for by us)
- Be able to pass a Medical if required
- Be able to attend further training if required

**Role of a Mail Sorter**
- Labelling Parcels
- Scanning Parcels
- Uploading information on to a Computer
- Lifting and Moving Parcels (may be up to 25kg in certain areas)
- Quality Inspecting Cargo
- Pushing and Pulling
- Working in confined spaces

- Hourly rate as above (not age dependent)
