Trainee Receptionist

We are looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic individual to join our reception team.

This position is for 32-40 hours hours will be varied but between 7.45 am and 11 pm. Shifts will include bank holidays, Christmas and New year. Duties will include greeting guests, booking accommodation, dealing with guest inquiries and operating an in-house computerised system.

The successful applicant must have good customer service skills, excellent communication skills, a professional telephone manner and the ability to keep cool under pressure.

No experience required as full training is given on the job, once training is completed the wage increases with further increments available for senior, supervisor and manager positions available.

Meals on duty and part uniform will be provided. Long service reward scheme starting from 1 years service.

**Salary**: From £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
