Accounts Assistant (Chinese Fluency Essential)
- Temp to Perm Contract
- Location: Rubery, Birmingham B45**Salary**: ?10.57ph - ?11.53ph (?22,000pa - ?24,000pa)
- Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm (40hrs)
- Job Role:

- Processing a high volume of sales invoices on Sage 200
- Verifying documents and issue credit notes
- Inputting purchases and expenses invoices into Sage 200
- Credit control: producing monthly statements, and chasing debts
- Main contract for all customers and suppliers, answering any enquires they have regarding invoices / payments
- Scanning and filling documents
- Filing and archive of invoices
- Checking supplier invoices, including invoices from couriers
- Processing payment vouchers once payments made
- Generating the daily sales & gross profit reports
- Preparing information required by the book keeper
- Handling inbound calls & enquiries
- Resolving invoice queries
- Must be fluent Chinese speaker
- Experience in a similar role essential
- Must have knowledge and experience in accounting and finance
- Extremely organized and excellent at multitasking
- Good eye for detail
- Previous experience of using Sage 200
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft Excel
- Good communication skill
- Self-motivated and be able to work under pressure
- Reliability
- Enthusiastic
- Willing to help out with all other tasks and duties- Sector**Commercial**
