**Full Job Description**

Salary £20k basic OTE £40K UNCAPPED + Daily Incentives

The primary focus of this role is to work with our team to develop and deliver strong lead generation, driving qualified leads into the advisor team.

The role of Lead Generator involves making calls to clients across the UK who have reached out to get help with their finances. You will be expected to gather the client’s information in a positive and professional manner while showing understanding and speaking with clients about their current situation.

**Salary**: £20,000.00 + Uncapped bonus OTE £35,000 + Daily Incentives
