**The role**

As a Therapist Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the Senior Therapist team, as well as, supporting the Therapist Manager in the daily operation.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Daily Departmental Duties:

- Schedule Therapist's tablet appointments
- Manage daily bookings, shifts, changes, absences, banked hours, and overtime
- Attend and lead daily briefings
- Perform quality checks in therapist department areas
- Conduct handover with PM Coordinator
- Carry out MOD (Manager on Duty) duties as needed

Training:

- Conduct induction training for therapists
- Conduct ongoing training and spot checks
- Maintain training logs

Stock:

- Monitor inventory and storage organisation on a weekly and monthly basis
- Manage orders and coordinate deliveries following internal approval procedures

Supervision:

- Lead the Therapist team and assign roles for shifts
- Address and follow up on issues from previous shifts
- Perform spot checks on room setups
- Ensure therapists arrive on time and handle related issues
- Monitor grooming standards among Therapists and report issues

Meetings:

- Attend management meetings in the absence of the therapist manager
- Plan and lead weekly meetings for Therapists
- Assist Therapists in planning therapist meetings and attend as necessary
- Conduct regular one-to-one meetings with Therapists

Miscellaneous:

- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety protocols and report any issues
- Assist in recruitment processes and conduct trade tests for potential new hires
- Maintain effective communication with all members of AIRE

**Who we are looking for**:

- You have 2 years' prior experience in a similar position
- You possess a valid qualification as Massage Therapist
- You have an advanced level of English. Danish is a plus
- You are completely customer-oriented and you have excellent interpersonal skills
