Human Resources Advisor - Torquay - £30,000

Well Placed HR are pleased to have been engaged by a well-established regional community services provider who seek to recruit an experienced Human Resources Advisor. The organisation specialises in the provision of bespoke care services and has an unrivalledreputation for excellence. This is a full time, permanent position to be principally based from the organisation’s headquarters located in Torquay, but with some scope for occasional off site working.
- Providing accurate people management support and advice in legislative and statutory HRM policy
- Assume the lead in all aspects of the company’s recruitment process
- Leading the onboarding and induction process
- Act as an HR partner to the senior management team by leading, coaching and addressing issues where performance and expectations are concerned
- Educate department leaders in effective HR tools, compliance and policy & practice
- Contribute to the upkeep of accurate documentation and employee record keeping
- Ongoing review of remuneration, rewards, and benefits to ensure that the business remains highly competitive
- Managing a variety of training and development programs
- Ongoing development of staff wellbeing initiatives
- Supporting senior management team that require HR assistance in performance reviews etc.
