Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Grill Cook to join our team in preparing delicious meals in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Preferably Greek and Albanian

**Duties**:

- Prepare and cook grilled food items in accordance with menu specifications
- Ensure food safety standards are met during all stages of food preparation
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organised kitchen
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate meal preparation
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications for all dishes
- Monitor food stock levels and communicate replenishment needs

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Grill Cook or similar role in a restaurant setting
- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
- Proficient in food preparation techniques specific to grilling
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure kitchen environment
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
- Culinary qualification or relevant certification is advantageous

Pay: £13.00-£15.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Work Location: In person

Expected start date: 15/06/2024
