**Job summary**:
We are currently looking for a dynamic, organised and enthusiastic Civilian Medical Practitioner (CMP) to join our family practice medical team at Sennelager Medical Centre, Germany for a 3 year tour.

Defence Primary Health Care (DPHC) provide a unique blend of traditional team based primary care and occupational health support to military personnel. DPHC also has a strong emphasis on education with numerous opportunities to train military medics, nurses, and Doctors.

This position offers 37 hours per week.

**Person specification**:
Main details of the role include but are not limited to:

- Providing urgent and routine primary healthcare to registered patients during normal working hours.
- Conducting mandatory medical examinations.
- Representing the SMO on Medical Practice related issues where necessary, including participation in Unit Health Committees where appropriate.
- Processing and actioning blood results.
- Providing emergency care to any patient who may require this within the Medical Centre during working hours.

- Registration with the UK GMC and holding a licence to practice
