We are currently looking for full time experienced cabinet makers to join our team. Based at our workshop in Staffordshire undertaking the fabrication of our bespoke cabinetry and interiors. We require a skilled craftsman to join us, who can work straight from technical drawings. A proactive maker, with meticulous attention to detail, and who will always see things through to completion. We appreciate honesty, reliability, and confidence in your own abilities.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience, with a focus on cabinet or furniture making. Level 2/3 NVQ/ diploma in Bench Joinery, equivalent or above an advantage.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting design drawings and plans.
- Familiarity with woodworking machinery and hand tools, with a demonstrated ability to operate them safely and effectively.
- Site fitting experience.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work (no shortcuts).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment and individually.
- Motivated, driven, with a positive can-do attitude.
- Full UK driving licence would be an advantage.

**Key Details**:

- Salary dependent on experience.
- Permanent position, with immediate start available.
- 39 hours per week: 8am - 5pm Monday to Thursday, and 8am - 1pm on Fridays.
