Alfreton, United Kingdom Distinct Recruitment Full time

It’s a wild guess but if you are working as a learning and development specialist in manufacturing you typically are on site everyday? So the great news here is that the hybrid model means you’ll have two days from home as you need.

Again assumptive but often you’re part of a wider group and delivering as part of one of many whereas with this role you own and set the agenda for the site, 600 blue collar with their front line managers it’s all about equipping and releasing destiny.

Segueing between the operational and strategic this has all the hallmarks you’d expect including design, delivery and development.

Being an integral part of the People team you can dip into resource across the function for sound boarding ideas, sharing knowledge and fuel innovation. Not only that they’re really good for having a lunch (virtual) breakout together

Key to success in this role is getting out there into the operation, toe to toe with the front line managers and operatives to really understand their craft. Whilst that visibility is critical, you’ll be balancing that is a fair lean of data in the roleboth budget management, learning calendar and evaluation so you’ll need to wear two hats (sure there will be more so let’s say at least).

Scratching the surface here but hopefully building a picture that you’d like to see more fully so get in touch, no obligation just be ready to get really excited about what they make It’s one you’ll be proud to tell when asked “what do you do”
