Here at GXO, we are currently on the search for an **Account Administrator** to join our team in **Flint.** You will be working within a busy finance team to successfully deliver the provision of financial information.

This is a full-time, permanent position, Monday - Friday working the hours of 08:00 - 16:00 & this will be an on-site based role.

**Pay, benefits and more**:
We’re looking to offer a salary of **£25,949** per annum. In addition, we offer 28 days holiday pay inclusive bank holidays, as well as the option to buy additional days. **You will be working for an accredited employer of CIMA and ACCA.**

**What you’ll do on a typical day**:

- Accurately inputting various journal postings across the business.
- Liaising with and support for Accounts Payable, Buying Centre and site team.
- AP Workflow / Stats & Reports.
- New Vendor set up / Supplier accounts procedure.
- Support for PO requisitions, pricing, quotations, credit notes, proof of delivery.
- General Office administration; Record keeping, scanning, and filing.

**What you need to succeed at GXO**:

- Strong administrative skills, ideally using SAP (Desirable)
- A background in manipulating large amounts of data
- Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced environment and tight time constraints with accuracy and attention to detail
- Organised, good communications skills, strong team ethic & the ability to work under own initiative.
