**Role Description**
We Care Bespoke are looking for Support Workers who can help young people engage with day-to-day activities. These tasks could include anything from - learning independent living skills to fun days out doing horse riding, pottery, swimming and attending local groups. Your role is to support families facing disadvantage and social exclusion. You will work in partnership with parents and carers to achieve the following objectives for their children and families.

**What we would like from you**
- 12 months experience working as a Support Worker or similar role.
- A driver with access to your own vehicle.
- Knowledge and understanding of Safeguarding procedures and practices.
- A relevant qualification, such as NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care.
