Paralegal Corporate

Our client has a vacancy for an experienced Paralegal to work as part of their Corporate and Banking team.

An experienced paralegal with a good knowledge of the areas explained below and/or a law graduate (or a graduate that has completed the GDL) wanting to commence a career in the legal profession will be considered.

You will need to have good knowledge of drafting and agreeing ancillary documents on banking and corporate transactions (board minutes, shareholder resolutions, disclosure letters, basic security documents).

**Requirements**:

- The flexibility to work outside usual business hours where required.
- Highly IT literate.
- Sound legal knowledge.
- Confidence and ability to communicate at senior levels.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop contacts for the team and the firm.
- Team player able to fit into a friendly, busy team.
- Organisational ability.
