To support the SHEQ Manager in the operation and maintenance of company systems (ISO 9001, & ISO 14001) covering the effective management of quality, health, safety, and environmental standards. To understand, adhere, adapt, improve, and implement the overall company SHEQ policy. Leading by example to drive a culture of safe working.

**Duties**
- Efficiently assist in implementing the company’s SHEQ Policies
- Maintain the non-conformance system ensuring non-conformances are closed in a timely basis, root cause determined and trends identified
- Assist in maintaining external certifications and attaining new certification
- Conduct internal and external audits as required by the company’s accreditations
- Perform risk assessments to ensure compliance with process
- Proactively work and assist with the operational teams to ensure that SHEQ is considered at all levels
- Provide proactive support and guidance to the Company on compliance with statutory requirements
- Assist in ensuring Management of Change is considered in all areas
- Ensure processes are followed and key cultures and behaviours are embedded across all areas of the business, leading by example at all times

**Qualifications & Experience Required**
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 standards (desirable)
- Previous experience / exposure to H&S
- Proficient in Microsoft packages including Excel reporting and analysis
- Good communicator
- Self-motivated with the ability to work unsupervised
