**Job Introduction**:
**Main Responsibility**:
Based in Richmond (UK) and sitting within the Europe and Americas GTR commercial team, the Regional Executive is responsible for delivering a regional P&L across a geographic spread of retail locations. As the region lead, you will develop the business in the region through defining the RTM and strategic priorities to deliver against commercial and brand targets aligned to channel guidelines and standards of execution, whilst supporting the Regional Manager in all aspects of key account management.
An influential role with stakeholder management and relationship-building requirements both internally and externally, with great scope for development from this feeder role into the wider team. Supported by customer planning resource overseeing the customer marketing agenda within the region. Requirement to collaborate with a number of functions across finance, supply and marketing to deliver region/customer targets.
You must have strong commercial and analytical acumen and account/distributor management or negotiation experience is a preference. You are able to build strong relationships and flex your influencing style depending on the stakeholder. Can create, present and deliver strategic commercial and brand building plans, grounded in insight, that are financially sound and deliver conditional value growth. Your natural working style is pro-active, constructive, adaptable, inquisitive and solution focused. A diverse thinker with an ability to work in collaboration with multi-cultural teams from different functions, time-zones and markets to achieve the best results for WG&S. Frequent international travel is a requirement and linguistic capability i.e. Spanish, Portuguese, French, etc. is a benefit but not essential.
