Reporting into the Senior / Partner Director or Partner Manager, the Senior Partner Executive will be responsible for the following:
**As a Senior Partner Executive, you’ll**:

- Plan and manage multiple workstreams/projects not just campaigns
- Give guidance on the strategy behind campaigns e.g. develop a strategy to drive redemptions
- Own and develop the account revenue forecast
- Know in detail the key commercials of your account
- Be constantly aware of all impacts to revenue and key drivers e.g. cancelled, under / over performing campaigns
- Be the 'go-to' person internally and externally for Partner
- Own, creates content and lead the monthly meetings
- Be able to effectively influence as required for the role, including within your team, in other teams and externally
- Work closely with Analysts to ensure alignment and key insights are available for key projects
- Be confident in attending/ leading meetings with Partners on your own and dealing with any uncertainties that come up as part of BAU
- Be aware of what's happening in the loyalty space and proactively shares an opinion on this

**Our Partnerships team would love to see**:
- Degree or equivalent experience
- Experience of working in a marketing role
- Good knowledge of Direct Marketing/CRM is essential
- Confidence in dealing with clients
- Ability to multi-task
- ‘Can do’ attitude - able to use initiative
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office suite
- Web experience is desirable
