**ABOUT OUR OPPORTUNITY**:
**ABOUT YOU**:
**You should**:

- Be capable of developing and maintaining detailed, resource loaded plans to support the delivery of the KG Furnace Overhaul Programme.
- Review / challenge 3rd party service provider schedules and incorporate at agreed level into the INEOS overall plan.
- Provide progress reports, S Curves, schedule variance and schedule performance information.
- Have an expert understanding of Primavera P6.

**You may also**:

- Have the ability to proactively challenge working practices in an appropriate manner where business or engineering benefits can be achieved.
- Have the ability to deliver effective coaching at a variety of levels in a variety of styles.
