**Immediate starts working for a leading soft furnishing recycling company, they divert 100% of mattresses processed from landfill in the UK, working as a Production Labourer.**

**Please note this role can be working OUTDOORS at times and dealing with used mattress' which are up to 89kg**

**Location**:Somercotes

**Hours**:Monday - Friday 7am - 3:30pm

**Duties**:

- As a Production Labourer for our client, you will be working within a fast paced warehouse, loading/unloading used mattress and also stacking them
- Good team environment with music on
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Working towards a daily target - pay incentive when targets are exceeded
- Following the health and safety instructions within the warehouse
- Working as a team, in a fast paced environment to ensure all work is completed on time

**Qualities ideal for this role**:

- Resilient when working in a high pressured environment
- Confidence with using cutting/handheld tools
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy items when loading and unloading
- Incentive to keep the workspace tidy and organised, whilst following health and safety
- Experience as a Labourer

**Pay Rate**:£10.42 an hour, with a bonus incentive when targets are hit.
