**Monday to Friday, 2pm to 9:30pm**

**London, NW1**

**£28,000 to £31,000 Per Annum (Depending On Experience)**

Afternoon Caretaker / Porter with at least 5 years of previous solid experience required at luxury development based near Regents park. As the Caretaker / Porter you will ensure the provision of a high quality of service to all residents and visitors and you will ensure that the development is regularly inspected and maintained to a high standard (both internally and externally), in accordance with health and safety requirements. You will portray a professional image at all times and will be the first point of contact for all queries related to the front desk operations and maintenance of the property. You will also need to be extremely hands on, tracing leaks, undertaking simple decorations and repairs, and replacing bulbs. The Porter / Caretaker should have a good level of handyperson skills, prior experience of delivering excellent customer service, excellent written and verbal communication skills, a good understanding of Health and Safety requirements and legislation, and be IT literate.
